The Princess and The Frog

Dear Chloe,

Have you watched this movie yet??? I bet you have! It's 2009 Masterpiece and at last I could watch it though it was a bit late hahaha. But well better late than never, this movie is jussttt amaazzinngg~~! I couldnt stop watching since the beginning. The plot and everything is well managed and understandable, well well it's for kids haha. But from all the Disney's story, this story is on the top of my rating!! Yay!
Aight, why is it so praised then??? You know, almost all of the story that Disney presented were always about a beautiful princess meeting the prince charming, or at least the girls are from the middle to upper class, and the characters were just like okay-I-am-the-girl-who-will-always-has-a-happy-end-anddd.. oh-at-last-I-meet-my-Prince and bam!! Finished, happy end, wow it's just lack of creativity. I thought this story was just the same but this story came out to be d i f f e r e n t and n e w. It is about a girl names Tiana, who works in a restaurant as a waitress, meeting a prince charming. Well, Tiana is definitely not pretty at all, she is black and she is from a lower to middle class girl. Funny huh?! But this is the point that the director made to show you How Life trully looks like . Life is not meant to be always perfect, and in this story, Tiana and Prince Navine were both trying to struggle and fight for their lives, once again it's just amazing to see a Prince who never knew how to do anything and was a completely loser could finally understand the way to live--- Efforts and hard work. This movie really teaches me something, that we cant always wish upon the evenest star, but only hard works could make our dreams come true. And by watching this movie, I believe that Disney would present another amazing masterpiece in the future. Cant wait for it, Rapunzel in 2010~~!! =D
